In some scenarios, it can be important to let someone know about the answers provided to certain questions in inspections, especially if the answers affect the business or are critical for certain stakeholders. With iAuditor, you can set multiple-choice questions' responses to notify users or groups of users in your organization automatically when selected during an inspection. This can be very useful to make relevant team members aware of the selection or progress of their colleagues in real-time, enabling faster communication between teams!

This article shows you how to set multiple-choice questions' responses to notify users in your organization when selected during inspections. Users who are notified can customize their settings to receive notifications triggered from an inspection via email, push (in-app), or SMS.
