The Public Library is a resource for all iAuditor users to submit and download templates created by the community.  Users can download and modify templates to suit their specific needs from a growing selection of templates – tens of thousands are already available to use.

If you’d like to upload your own template to the Public Library, you can follow the steps below.

Note: At this time, templates can only be uploaded to the Public Library from your mobile device; however files can be downloaded from the Public Library on your mobile device or PC.

Note: Some administrator settings can restrict a user’s access levels regarding uploading to the Public Library.

Upload a Template – iOS

  1. Tap on the “Templates” button in the main menu of iAuditor.
  2. Tap on the template you would like to upload. A new window will appear with details of the Template.
  3. Tap on three little dots on the top right of the window.
  4. Tap on ‘Upload to Public Library’.

5. A pop-up will open on the screen. If this is your first upload then follow the prompts. Check the template details. Next, select an Industry for the Template and then tap “Upload to Public Library” to begin uploading the template.

6. If you switch “Share Anonymously” on, your name won’t appear as the author of the template.

7. You will see a progress bar to indicate that your template has been uploaded.

Upload a Template – Android

  1. Go to the “Templates” tab in the main menu of iAuditor.
  2. Tap on the template you would like to upload. A Details panel will open. Tap on the three little dots on the top right.

3. Tap on ‘Upload to Public Library’.

4. A pop-up will open on the screen. If this is your first upload then follow the prompts. Check the template details. Next, select an Industry for the Template and then tap “Upload to Public Library” to begin uploading the template.

5. If you switch “Share Anonymously” on, your name won’t appear as the author of the template.

6. You will see a progress bar to indicate that your template has been uploaded.

Note: You may also delete a template that you have uploaded to the Public Library from the same device that uploaded that template originally. For full instructions see Removing Templates from the Public Library
