With Notifications, SafetyCulture users have the ability to notify the appropriate users or groups in real-time whenever a particular response is selected during an audit. Notifications can be sent via email, push notification or SMS, enabling faster communication between teams. 

 Create and configure notifications – Desktop

  1. Navigate to Template Editor and add a standard question field type
  2. Click on the checkbox to enable a notification (this will open the configuration side bar):

3. Select appropriate response to trigger notification:

4. Select who will also be notified be it an individual user or a group and confirm selections:

5. To edit a configured notification click on edit to re-open the notification configuration sidebar:

Create and configure notifications – iOS

  1. Navigate to the template editor and any question field types.
  2. Toggle the “Enable Notification” on and select the response that will trigger a notification to be sent.

 


3. Select who will be notified when this particular response is selected – either an individual user or a group, and confirm the settings

4. To change the notifications settings at any stage, tap on “Edit”

5. When a notification is received, a user can click on “View Audit” in the email notification or the item in the Notification menu of their iAuditor app to be taken to the triggered response in the associated audit.
