A title page is the front page of your report that gets generated in iAuditor. Creating consistent audit titles will help you distinguish between audits in your list. And make analysing performance of audits easier in analytics.

How to edit the Audit Title

Audits can be titled using the Audit Title field. To edit your Audit Title, go to the Sections tab within a new or existing template on the web platform and select the Title page.

To edit the Audit Title Field, click on the ‘Edit’ button.

From here, you can select the fields that will display. Choose from ‘conducted by’, ‘audit name’’ and more. You can select up to eight different fields to display information such as: project name, or person.

If you want to standardise information such as store name, person/staff or hazard type or site. You can add a multiple choice response set, or a global response set.

Simply drag a multiple choice field into the title page and select your response set.

Note: Fields that aren’t supported on the Audit Title: category, checkbox, drawing, information, media, dynamic fields and the switch. Smart field support is coming soon. Read more about field types.

Your changes will save automatically and the template is ready to use for an audit.

After an auditor fills it with the appropriate information and completes the audit, the system will automatically generate the audit title. Standardised and easy to search within the Audits list.

The completed audit will be displayed in your account’s Audits section, and you’ll be able to tell exactly what audit it is at a glance.

You can easily distinguish between audits in the analytics view. See Analytics in-depth for more information about how to analyse the performance of your audits.

Note: Please note that changing the audit title field will not change previous audit files; only files created after the change will be affected.
