As a global company, we understand that our customers are based across the world, speaking a variety of languages. To embrace this diversity, the iAuditor mobile app is built to support some of the most spoken languages around the world, providing a localized experience for each user.

This article lists the languages we support and shows you how to set the language for the iAuditor mobile app.

Before you begin

Please note that language support is only available for the iAuditor mobile app. If you would like us to add support for the web app or additional languages, please let us know by providing your feedback.

Supported languages

By default, the iAuditor mobile app follows your mobile device’s system language.

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Korean
  • Norwegian (Bokmål)
  • Portuguese
  • Romanian
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  • Turkish

Set the language

Android devices

If you have an Android device, you can set the iAuditor mobile app language by updating the device system language. Keep in mind that the location of the language settings differs between Android devices and versions, but the steps are largely the same.

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Use the search bar at the top of your screen to search for “Language”.
  3. Tap “Language settings” or equivalent.
  4. Select or add the supported language you wish to use for the iAuditor mobile app. Depending on the Android device and version, you may need to drag and drop the language to the top of the list and set it as the primary language.
  5. Force close the iAuditor mobile app if it’s open in the background.
  6. Open the iAuditor mobile app and you should see the interface in the selected language.

iOS devices: iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or above

If you have an iOS device that’s running iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or above, you can set the iAuditor mobile app language without changing the device system language. Learn how to find the software version and update your iOS device to the latest version.

Please note that you need to have keyboards for at least two languages to set app-specific languages. Learn how to add a keyboard for another language on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Open the iAuditor mobile app.
  2. Tap “More” at the lower-right corner of your screen.
  3. Select “Settings” from the list of options.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Open Settings”.
  5. This opens the system settings for iAuditor. You may need to wait a few seconds for this to load. Tap “Language”, under “PREFERRED LANGUAGE”.
  6. Select the language you wish to use for the iAuditor mobile app.
  7. Force close the iAuditor mobile app.
  8. Open the iAuditor mobile app and you should see the interface in the selected language.

iOS devices: iOS 12 or below

If you have an iOS device that’s running iOS 12 or below, you can set the iAuditor mobile app language by updating the device system language. Learn how to find the software version of your iOS device.

  1. Change the language on your iOS device.
  2. Force close the iAuditor mobile app if it’s open in the background.
  3. Open the iAuditor mobile app and you should see the interface in the selected language.
