Note: Notifications is only available on Standard and Premium subscriptions.

iAuditor will have email and in-app push notifications enabled by default. This can be changed by going to the profile settings of iAuditor. The steps below will show you how to configure the notifications setting on your device.

Configuring Notifications on Desktop

  1. Navigate to Template Editor and add a standard question field type
  2. Click on the checkbox to enable a notification (this will open the configuration side bar):

3. Select appropriate response to trigger notification:

4. Select who will also be notified be it an individual user or a group and confirm selections:

5. To edit a configured notification click on edit to re-open the notification configuration sidebar:

 

Configuring Notifications on iOS Devices

  1. Navigate to the “Settings” section in the iAuditor menu

     

2. Tap on either ‘Push’,  ‘Email’  or ‘SMS’ to access the settings to turn on/off notifications, and to set when notifications are sent.

     

Setting Notifications on Android Devices

  1. Navigate to the “Settings” and ‘”Notifications” section in the iAuditor menu

   

2. Tap on either ‘Push’,  ‘Email’  or ‘SMS’ to access the settings to turn on/off notifications, and to set when notifications are sent.

      

Tip:  With the upcoming release of Actions, you’ll also be able to trigger notifications to be sent when a new action is assigned to you, and when an action created by you is completed
