Syncing is an essential part of the iAuditor mobile app, allowing you to synchronize the data you capture and save on your mobile device to other platforms. This ensures that the information you access on your account is always up to date, no matter where you log in from. Whilst the iAuditor mobile app syncs automatically, you may at times need to perform manual syncs to push and get the latest information.

This article shows you how to manually sync the iAuditor mobile app when the data on your device is not synchronizing with other platforms or vice versa.

Before you begin

Please make sure that your mobile device has an internet connection before you perform manual syncs and it’s best to connect via Wi-Fi where possible. You should also check if your iAuditor mobile app is on the latest version via the Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices.

Manually sync

  1. Open the iAuditor mobile app.
  2. Tap “More” at the lower-right corner of your screen.
  3. Wait for the syncing progress bar to complete on the top of your screen.

Depending on the feature that you need to sync, you may also want to try refreshing and syncing that feature’s list. For example, if you need to manually sync actions.

  1. Open the iAuditor mobile app.
  2. Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Swipe down on your screen to refresh and sync the actions list.
