Why did we discontinue support for the iAuditor Windows app?

On 10 December 2019, Microsoft ended support for the Windows 10 Mobile. As a result, we decided to deprecate support for the iAuditor Windows app and focus our efforts on the web, Android, and iOS platforms instead.

Can I continue to use my Windows devices?

Yes, you can. However, we strongly recommend that you move to use the iAuditor web app instead, as this allows you to take full advantage of the latest features.

Please note that whilst you can continue to use the iAuditor Windows app, you may experience service interruptions as we improve our backend services and release new features that are not compatible with the Windows app.

What are the differences between the iAuditor Windows app and the iAuditor web app?

The differences include the following functionalities.

  • Photos: The web app requires you to upload photos during inspection instead of taking photos directly and upload. 
  • Signature fields: The web app requires you to upload a signature image during inspection instead of signing directly on the screen.
  • Offline access: The web app requires a consistent internet connection to function.
