iAuditor has joined forces with EdApp to revolutionize learning management systems. As an award-winning platform, EdApp offers a mobile-focused system that can deliver effective and engaging training across industries. This partnership empowers you as iAuditor users, to take your experience beyond performing checks and identifying issues, into the realms of training and upskilling teams to be more compliant.

This article shows you how to enable EdApp for your iAuditor organization and individual users. Once enabled, users can log in to EdApp from the iAuditor web app via the “Training” page.

Before you begin

EdApp can only be enabled on the web app by users with the “Admin” permission. Learn how to assign permissions as an administrator.

Please note, users that want to enable and use EdApp must have their iAuditor account emails confirmed. Once a user is enabled for EdApp, they can’t be disabled.

Users enabled via iAuditor are automatically assigned as admins in EdApp. You can configure user permissions in EdApp to modify user access to the platform. If you need to log in to the EdApp mobile app, make sure to set your EdApp account password beforehand.

Enable EdApp for your organization

  1. Log in to the iAuditor web app.
  2. Select “Training” from the menu on the left-hand side.
  3. Click “Enable EdApp for your team”. This also enables EdApp for your iAuditor account.

Enable EdApp for a user

Please note that EdApp must be enabled for the organization prior to enabling it for individual users.

  1. Log in to the iAuditor web app.
  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page.
  3. Select “Users” from the tab on the top of the page.
  4. Click the 3 dots next to the username and then select “Enable EdApp.”
  5. To enable EdApp for users in bulk, select the checkboxes of the users, and then click “Enable EdApp” above the user list.
