A report can be exported in various formats, including PDF, Word, CSV, XML, JSON. You can now even share your report as a live link!

The PDF/Word formats can be customised on iOS and Android mobile devices. These customisations can also be applied to a specific Template to ensure consistency of exported reports for a given Template.

Exporting Audits on iAuditor, the Web App

The iAuditor web app provides greater flexibility in exporting audit reports. All completed, incomplete and archived audits can be accessed using the iAuditor web app. Further, users can use Analytics to drill down to see the audit data they’re looking for and export the data from Analytics.

To export audits, navigate to the ‘Audits’ view after logging in to your iAuditor account.

You can filter/search for relevant audits by using the filter bar on top left of the screen.

  • Use the Template filter to find relevant audits based on a given Template
  • Use the Group filter to find relevant audits that have been completed by a Group set up in your organization
  • Use the Date filter to find relevant audits that are conducted during a given period of time.

Select the audits you wish to export by ticking the boxes against the audit titles.

Once selected, go to the ‘Export’ bar on top right and select the format in which you want to export the audit data in. The export options will vary based on your subscription level.

If you’re downloading PDF reports with an Export Profile assigned to the Template, a window will pop up to ask you which profile you wish to apply to the exported report(s). Select the appropriate profile, then click on ‘Export Audit’.

A progress bar for the exporting will appear at the bottom of the browser. Once completed, it will be downloaded onto your local drive/computer.
