You can rest easy knowing your team has all of their actions, issues & observations covered! 

Now, those assigned actions, issues , or observations can receive push notifications and automatic emails that are sent both as a reminder or as soon as an item becomes overdue. 

How does it work? 

  • The assignee can receive a “due soon” notification 1 hour before the task goes overdue
  • The assignee can receive an overdue notification 24 hours after the task’s due date.

Of course, you would still be able to turn notifications for this off if it isn’t your cup of tea - but a gentle reminder at the right time could make all the difference in getting problems resolved.

How do I manage the notifications? 

  • You can configure notification settings to toggle these types of notifications on/off.
  • Settings are turned on by default
