In this release, you can now:

  • Automatically pass reported Issue information to a management system of your choice (or vice versa) using our Issues Public API

 

What you’ll love about this new functionality

We know customers may use a range of different management systems, including Issues, to report things like near misses, hazards or observations. That’s why we’ve made it easy to connect your iAuditor Issues data with third-party systems and align with your existing business processes. Using the Issues Public API, you can now use Issues to create reports into external systems, or use your external system data to populate reports in Issues. 

 

How to get started with the new release

To implement a solution using the Issues Public API, you will need to build an integration. Learn more about how to do so.
