We’ve listened to your feedback recently and have made several improvements to our product.

1. See Corrective Actions that are relevant to you

You wanted better visibility into what needs to be actioned so that you could manage your team’s actions better.

We are happy to announce that we cleaned up the experience for you. Now you will only see actions that are relevant to you on the web platform, including:

  • Actions that are linked to audits you have permission to ‘view’ or ‘view and edit.’
  • Actions that are linked to inspections you have permission to ‘view, edit and delete’ - here you will be able to archive actions
  • Actions created and assigned to you

If you are an admin of your organization, you will be able to edit and archive any action. Get better visibility into what needs to be actioned.

2. Link to relevant audits from corrective actions

To complete a corrective action as an assignee, you need sufficient information. We listened to your feedback and changed how you view corrective actions. To provide more context, we added a link that directly opens to the question a corrective action relates to. From this, you can see what went wrong and how to respond.

3. Syncing improvements

We know how important it is to access your data when you need it. Which is why we’ve been working on improving the syncing experience. Keep your data up to date and reduce sync conflicts by turning on Background App Refresh in your settings. This will ensure the data you need is already synced when you open the app to conduct an inspection.
