It's important for workers to report issues as soon as they occur. However, without guidelines, workers can struggle to know exactly what details they need to record for each issue. This means managers or supervisors would need to chase up later on for investigation, which by then, the information could either be misremembered or even forgotten.

This article shows you how to answer prompted questions as soon as an issue is reported so that you can capture critical details whilst they’re still fresh in your mind.

Before you begin

You must have the “Issue Access” permission at a minimum to be able to report and update issues, where you can answer prompted questions. Learn how to assign permissions as an administrator.

You have the option to answer the following prompted questions for each issue.

  • Add photo: Select to capture or upload photos of the issue.
  • Add site: Select to choose the site where the issue occurred.
  • Collaborate with team: Please note that this option is only available on the mobile app for free teams. Select to share the issue with team members and invite them at the same time.
  • Customized questions: Select to answer the question.
