Start inspection from iOS (iPhone / iPad)

Start inspection from Android

Mobile: Start inspection on iOS

  1. Launch iAuditor and go to the inspections tab.
  2. You will then be on the TEMPLATES list
  3. Select the Template from which you want to start inspecting
  4. Tap on “Start Inspection”
  5. The information page of the template will open.
  6. This is a default page for you to enter in all the key information about the inspection.
  7. You can now move between the pages and sections to conduct your inspection.
  8. When the inspection is complete, tap on “Mark as Complete.”
  9. You will then be able to Save & Close or View & Download Report.

  1. Launch iAuditor and go to the “Inspections” tab
  2. You will then be on the “templates” list
  3. Select the Template from which you want to start inspecting
  4. Tap on “+Start Inspection”
  5. The information page of the template will open.
  6. This is a default page for you to enter in all the key information about the inspection.
  7. You can now move between the pages and sections to conduct your inspection.
  8. When the inspection is complete, tap on “Mark as Complete.”
  9. To export your report select “View & Download Report”, otherwise select to save and close.

Web App: Start inspection

  1. Log in to iAuditor, the web app
  2. Click on Templates in the left sidebar menu
  3. From the Template Screen, click on the green “Start Inspection” button to begin inspecting.
  4. After the inspection has loaded, you will see the information section of your inspection.
  5. You can continue on inspecting.
    IMPORTANT NOTE

    While there is a ‘Complete Inspection’ feature at the end of the inspection, your responses will be automatically saved after every change. There is no need to save the inspection manually unless you wish to discontinue the audit and return to it at a later time.
