Inspection schedules are a great way to keep your team on top of recurring checks that need to be performed. However, we understand that plans change, and sometimes schedules may need to be skipped or canceled for various reasons.

This article shows you how to mark inspection schedules as won’t do on the iAuditor web app and mobile app.

Before you begin

Please note that you can only mark active inspection schedules that are assigned to you as won’t do. Once a schedule is marked as won’t do, the note or reason you provide gets added to the Missed/Late Inspections list, indicated by a note icon.

If you’ve been assigned a schedule as part of a group, where only one assignee is expected to conduct the inspection, your “won’t do” note would only appear if no one conducted the inspection and the schedule becomes missed. Whereas if all assignees are expected to conduct inspections, your note would appear the moment you make the schedule as won’t do.
