We understand that when it comes to incidents, being able to share the full details of an incident is just as important as being able to report and resolve one in a timely manner. That’s why with the Incidents feature, you can generate incident web reports that can be shared with anyone simply using web links.

This article outlines how you can view incident reports and share them via web links, as well as how to disable report links when you no longer wish to share them, on both the web app and the mobile app.

Before you begin

You must have the “Incidents Access” permission at a minimum to be able to view and share incident reports. Learn more about permissions and how you can assign them as an administrator.

Please note that when the link of an incident report is generated, it remains active indefinitely until someone disables the link or deletes the relevant incident. Also keep in mind that once the link of an incident report is disabled, the next link that gets generated will be a new link, rather than reactivation of the old one. Meaning you would need to share the new link again for stakeholders to view.
