Collaborative actions let you and your team spot issues and correct them as a group. Not only can you create and manage your actions from the web, but you can also monitor actions through to resolution using the actions “command center.” From the web app, you have the option to:

  • Make critical decisions with the context you need
  • Reassign, update status and monitor resolution
  • Run your reports and create action plans
  • Archive actions on the web
IMPORTANT NOTE

Spotting things out in the field? Quickly log and drive your observations through to resolution using collaborative actions on mobile.
