When you log into your iAuditor account with a mobile device like a phone or tablet, it becomes registered with that account. Each user’s account can register a maximum of three devices to their account for free.
You will not be able to log in to your iAuditor account on a new device once you have reached the device limit. In some circumstances, such as a lost or replaced device, you may need to deregister the device so that it does not use up your allowance.
To Deregister a Device:
- Log in to the iAuditor, web app, and click on your username in the left side menu.
- Click on the “Devices” tab in the top menu. All of the devices that are currently registered against your account will be listed. To deregister a device, click on the red “Remove Device” button next to it.
Deregistering a device will not harm any iAuditor data on that device or remove any files.
