In iAuditor, users can customize their accounts by uploading profile pictures. This not only allows users to express themselves but also helps team members to identify each other.

This article shows you how to add and remove your iAuditor account profile picture on the web app and the mobile app.

Before you begin

Please note that account profile pictures can only be added and removed by users themselves. Meaning administrators cannot make profile picture changes for users.

Add or update your profile picture

Web app

  1. Log in to the iAuditor web app.
  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page.
  3. Select “Account Settings”.
  4. Click “Edit” in the “Details” box.
  5. Click the box under “Profile picture”.
  6. This opens a window to your computer file directory. Open the photo you wish to use as the profile picture.
  7. Click “Save changes”.

Mobile app

  1. Open the iAuditor mobile app.
  2. Tap “More” at the lower-right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap the profile picture icon on the upper-right of your screen.
  4. Select how you would like to upload your profile picture and upload accordingly.

Remove your profile picture

Web app

  1. Log in to the iAuditor web app.
  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page.
  3. Select “Account Settings”.
  4. Click “Edit” in the “Details” box.
  5. Click the trashcan icon on the upper-right of the existing profile picture.
  6. Click “Save changes”.

Mobile app

  1. Open the iAuditor mobile app.
  2. Tap “More” at the lower-right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap the profile picture icon on the upper-right of your screen.
  4. Select “Delete Photo”.
