Introducing the new “Collaborator” user type in iAuditor for just $4 per month

Introducing a new type of user in iAuditor who can log and help resolve issues for just $4 per user each month. These “collaborators” can record any observation, hazard, near-miss, incident, good catch, or custom category that is relevant to your business in real time, and drive immediate action within iAuditor.

Alerts to Actions for Sensors

We're integrating Sensors alerts with Actions so you can take the steps required to deal with any incidents a sensor detects, and make sure all the right people have visibility.

Get Real-Time Updates with Webhooks

Up until recently, the only way for you to know if changes are made to inspection data is to poll the iAuditor API continuously. iAuditor webhooks work by having the customer register a URL to receive notifications of audit data changes as they happen.

In this edition of the product roadmap, we cover the new capabilities that we promised in the last quarter. From capturing issues and observations to ensuring your teams are set up to share their knowledge, to making the most of the data you collect that drives real change.

Due and overdue reminders

Now, those assigned actions, issues, or observations can receive push notifications and automatic emails that are sent both as a reminder or as soon as an item becomes overdue.  Of course, you would still be able to turn notifications for this off if it isn’t your cup of tea – but a gentle reminder at the right time could make all the difference in getting problems resolved.
